Could not agree more. Cafe is a better meeting point than a pub. I have to often bite my toungue seeing people drink and drive. It's a generation thing. Much less acceptable now.

Good turnout. Only three. Me rog and custard went to the foundry. Saw big al tony and many more non member mates. Had to be back by 12 ish.

What a brilliant turnout at McDs, 25+ bikes in all. Sue was with us again, also seeing JohnT back with us added to the day, good to see you both. Large ridouts always bring about the problem of who,s going where, and today was no exception, some headed for the foundry, some to the glide club for breakfast,the majority went to the calendars Biddenden Vinyard. From there some headed back ,whereas Chris n Janie, MartinB, Steve,Dug, and myself rode down Winchelsea for the most diabolical breakfast ever.(New thread, The Bad Food Guide) After a day spent seemingly herding Cut Throat in the right direction I spent the last hour or or so on a crowded Herne Bay bike park before I too headed home. Thanks all for your company today
