Good old natter last night.
The slow puncture I had in the back tyre transformed into 1 lb of pressure by the end of the Thanet way so limped 2 miles to the shut garage for air then another 3 miles with the back wheel vying for leadership with the front to the next garage.
Bill said "You haven't got the adapter on properly" only to find the air rushing out the hole in the centre of the tyre quicker than it was going in! So a quick midnight call to Janie and they agreed to foster.
Bike was booked in next Thursday for new wheels and tyres at the Foundry, will see if they can get it in earlier.
