Is scheduled for 16th April(?) which is easter weekend. Who is planning to get along? Does the date need to change this month?

Stuarty and all others in Scotland,

Yesterday I dropped my Electra Glide off at the shippers here in Dubai as it starts its homeward journey to Fife.
My wife & I return on the 4th May and as soon as the bike arrives we will be keen to get out and about on some great wee roads.
How do I get signed up to the HOG (if thats what you are called) and where do you normally meet? I would like to come along to the May meeting even if my bike has not cleared customs yet.
Looking forward to getting wet!

Hi Colin, we are the Harley Davidson Riders Club of Great Britain HDRCGB as opposed to HOG Harley Owners Group.
Although some of us are in fact HOG members also,we are a totally independant organisation which has no affiliation with HOG.

The riders club are a great bunch of guy's n' gals who spend as much of our time ridin our harley's as possible and we enjoy our rally's throughout the season where we can all accumulate and partake in our favourite pastime which is 'partying' with like minded souls
Ther are 26 regions up and down the country and it is not unusual to have some of our guys (region 2) travel far south for another regions rally and vice versa.So come along to a meeting soon and we will do our best to make yae feel welcome;)

Thanks for welcoming words, what time at the Mailcoach on Sunday 21st May?

I might even have the bike with me (plus the wife)

I bought my first Harley end 2004 here in Dubai and have loved every minute of riding it around the Emirates and Oman.
What I had'nt envisaged was the bunch of nutters that accompany every HD gathering.
We have been to one Rally in Muscat last December and two bike weeks in Dubai plus regular runs on Friday mornings. Each event has a mixture of Nationalities and backgrounds but all having at least one thing in common, it has been a real eye opener. A mob of bikers looks a scary thing but scratch under the surface and its amazing the pleasant surprises that await you.
