It's very uncool to miss your birthday wishes, and so belated thanks to all. In my defence, I was busy carrying a rapidly sickening wife towards Killarney at the time, and although we ended up in Waterford Regional Hospital, rather than Killarney, your thoughts are gratefully received! Having your birthday on midsummer's day is a mixed blessing, and you could anticipate fine summer weather, in order to enjoy the light nights. However, June 21st this year involved a 45° from the vertical ride from Perth to Dublin, in a 60mph gale, and lashing rain, followed up (for dessert?) by a wife with double pneumonia. Memorable, that's for sure! Still, we got back OK, in the end, we have the fun of trying to claim off our holiday insurance (did you say a motorcycle Sir?) and the weather now, is what it should have been in June! Y'all take care now, y'hear!
