west coast harley discount..?

my 12yr old Craig was in West Coast Harley with a Friend of his maws who was buying a few Tshirts etc to take to her brother in America, he asked for a discount and gave his HDRCGB membership card, don't know who was serving him but they hadn't seen a Riders Club card before and gave him a 10% discount.
Anyone know if this is the norm, do we have an arrangement with them,?

Was up at West coast on Saturday buying a new helmet, I got w.c.h. tokens from my wife and kids for Christmas and never thought to offer my riders card up good on "young Ironbutt" though, smart lad

I went to Warrs HD to purchase a replacement belt, which they had in stock,

I asked for some discount, and was told "no"

I then flashed my HDRCGB card (over the phone) and was told he/they had not heard of them even though they advertise a 10% discount in the mag!!

As it was a Tuesday Stadium was shut for the day, so on Wednesday morning I rang them, they had it in stock as well (the only other ones that did across the UK)

They sold it to me with 10% discount without any hassle.

Mind you we went to a Nissan garage in Feb/Mar this year to purchase a new Quasqai and they wounden't budge an inch on price!! So we bought a Honda CRV instead!!!!!

O well each to their own!!!!

when in scotland last year we popped into edinburgh harley an tried to get a discount,they said they only give discount to their own chapter of hogso i didn't buy a roadking and settled for a couple of t shirts instead

stadium give a discount to every one probably why they aint got a lot of stock in at the moment.
