11.40 am today, heading North, just South of Inverary. We were just coming out from the Lochgoilhead road when this black and silver Harley rumbled by, two-up. Was it you Dan?
Is something on up North this weekend? We must have passed about 100 bikes heading North on the A82 (and one down at the side of the road between Tyndrum and Criainlarich..

yup it was me da' and ma youngest we'd been to tighnabruich and then up to inverary for a fish supper, jeez a remember now out the side road, you were coming two up, glass fairing? if i knew it was you da, i would have stopped, the wee one asked if that was a harley and i told her yes, small world huh, ma bike developed problems at inveraray and we limped home heain for W.C.H. tomorrow for new plugs and bits, next time run out in front of me, ill not stop but il rememebr quicker, da'

Sorry to hear about your troubles son... and I had a spare pair of plugs in the tool bag too... We were heading for Tighnabruaich too. Went down the West Coast single track by Otter Ferry, which was a mistake, cos the road was terrible - full of potholes and grass and gravel. Missed the turn off in Tighnabruaich and ended up in the boat yard..

Then up the hill overlooking the bay (fantastic view), right towards Colintraive, over the hill road towards Dunoon, and then back up the road you were on, Inverary, Dalmally, Lochearnhead, and back to Perth. Great day for it.
Hope you get it sorted OK, and glad you made it home OK.

aye il get her sorted W.C.H closed the day,

so il just clean the plugs up tighten up primary chain and clean the carb an see how we goes, theres a beutiful beach just by tighnabruich, go straight through to kames and turn left insted of right ,come to village, park in car park walk across fields for about 1 1/2 mls then sandy beach stretches for miles and you can walk out in water for about 1000mtrs, oh and the colintrive road is a ferker
