Region 12 at painton bike festival

Can I give a big thank you to all the region 12 members who came along and supported the Harley Riders Club stand at the Paignton Bike festival. Most of all to Paul daw who although ill with the flue dragged himself out to help set up and take down the marquee.

It was a great weekend with 12 bike on display on the saturday and six on the sunday. We gave away over 30 club magazines and membership forms to hopefully some future members of the Riders club, and signed up two members on the day.

We had over 40 members drop in and say hello, and to take advantage of the free tea and coffee on offer inside the marquee.

Great to see everyone at Paignton bike fest, what a cracking two days we had, just really chilling out drinking tea, TKs beer eating biscuits and cake.
Plenty of good banter and generally as usual having a right old giggle.
Superb line up of bikes but reckon we can do better next year, theres plenty of room on that grass, maybe we could have our own bike show.
Few thanks goes to Paul 4 turning up recovering from flu and sorting logistics + TK 2.
Good 2 c Pete/Herb, Mike/Sue,Glyn/Sue,Mr Ratty/Family, these are the good peeps we have not seen 4 a while just 2 mention a few.

Roll on next year bigger better faster more.

what a great weekend, nice way to meet other riders, and end up with a great sun tanAnd it was even better to watch lyn working in front of us cleaning her bike ( very rare picture) also it felt like we were working for JOF WAX over the wkend!! where is are commision, in the post! Thankyou Paul, Tk and Lyn for the work you put in over the 3 days, janine about to try and put her pictures on as well? our son about to show us how to put the photos on.

Thanks for the chat TK . . a very nice warm welcome for a newbie member. Looking forward to attending my first meeting at either Bovey or Exeter.

Some lovely looking bikes on display, and a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. The weather turned out nice and the bands were brilliant . . great to see (and hear) so many Harley's going along the seafront.
