Re: Hoggin' the Bridge . . who's going

Yes Music. It was me that let you out! You would not have caught me anyway... Ride like a twat me!!

Didn't see many from our region? must have all been in the pub..

Lynne and I stayed over with some friends in Chepstow... very handy. And met up with Jim and Margaret from North Devon on Saturday Night for a meal.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere in the town on Sunday. But Knackered when we got home, due to Jet lag from friday.. Should be awake for the next meeting though.

Here's a few pics from yesterday - no, it's not Iain's back you're looking at, its the bikes behind ie in the mirror; and, yes, we'll be back in church next Sunday - probably not...
Great day out, glad I was hanging on the back, not riding back down M5.

Re: Hoggin' the Bridge . . who's going

Just got back . . I'm dripping wet from a thoroughly waterlogged ride home today, having spent the night in a wonderful B&B in Chepstow . . the full English (or should that be full Welsh) breakfast this morning was luvvly jubbly !

Had a fantastic time on Sunday, and really enjoyed the ride up the M5, and then over for my 1st Hoggin' the Bridge . . we had a brilliant day.

I managed to sink a few beers in the evening and also surfed the internet on my new iPod Touch using the free WiFi at Wetherspoons. Met another nice barmaid too You can't beat these Welsh lassies

Saw Rob's bike (Music), you can't miss it of course . . tried phoning but the mobile was off . . either that or he was hiding in a pub somewhere. Probably just as well because I still owe him a pint !

One of the highlights was tea with the vicar . . but at least they had nice biscuits

Hi TK, great to see your back, in the pub, not us as we all went to church and had tea with the vicar, mind you Iain was looking VERY uncomfortable, not sure if he was having flashbacks or if its because he was in Wales.

JJ and Brian (Dave) were there just for the biscuits, the rest of us were there because it was free!

You can always tell when you have a good day out by now tired you are when you get home and let me tell you I was knackered

Rob, no pics of my bike there then! bummer!

Essjay If you had said you were stopping at Taunton you could have popped around for glass or two and we could have swapped your bars lol
