Some piccies of our recent trip. Bikes performed really well...no spanners needed, just plenty of maps Jof and luggage TK!

Great pictures Iain, good that you both got back safe and sound. Looking at those roads gives me itchy feet.

Re: Spain/France Trip Pics

Pippin glad you're inspired. We stayed in out of the way B&Bs ...old farmhouses and chateaux...really cheaply using Alastair Sawday's book. Loved the area between Agen and Cognac.
Just found out you can put the bike on the train at calais and end up in Narbonne or Nice during the summer months so I think we will be looking at that next year to see different areas of France.
The roads are great and empty and the people are laid back and friendly. If you want any more info on the hol please pm me.

Re: Spain/France Trip Pics

Welcome back TK, make a fortune or lose your shirt? Looking forward to hear about your trip.
The bags felt like mountains putting them on the back in the mornings.
