Cheers Bob . . nice to put the face to the name, what a wonderful day it was ! Couldn't believe how big it was up there. Good to bump into Kelvin and his wife from BMAD too . . what an awesome bike he's just ordered, and nice to have the invite over to their place in France. I know JJ's got some photo's to upload (are you squirming yet Dave ? if not, you should be), so that's going to be interesting later. Thanks to JJ for helping me back with my 30kg bike tent . . couldn't have done it on my own  Just need to try and superglue the aerial back on before taking the mini-van back . . oh yes, and clear out all the bloody sweet wrappers and drinks cartons . . bloody kids . . anyone would have thought it was a "school" trip !

Just to let you all know . . there's £2.50 per person to be refunded for fuel costs. I'll let you have the money when I see you next. Fixed the aerial, and mini-bus has gone back to the depot.

Had a great day yesterday, the bank balance didnt suffer yesterday due to it being emptied in Daytona Harley Davidson the week previous. We would like to say a big thank you to Steve and Iain for organising the trip and driving the bus and thanks to Caroline for sharing her birthday cake. Nice to meet you Bob, hope to catch up with you next year at ride outs and rallies if you can get time off work. Dave (aka Brian) missed you bud,hope your neck gets better soon. Due to work will see you all at the Paignton christmas party. |

This member tends to use sarcasm as a regular form of communication. Hi all, enjoyed the day but the bank balance didn't. Thanks for your company everyone. Some piccies. Jof certainly had been drinking!! Just checked with van hire people and minibus passed their checks so all ok. Phew!!
