Re: Bristol Classic Bike Show 14/15 Feb 2009

This is a copy of my post on the region 14 thread

OK, As I only open my mouth to change feet these days, Do you want me to coordinate this? I'm happy to do so but I will need support from whoever ever else wants to get involved!
I live in Bristol not to far from Shepton & as I'm self employed can take time off when I need to. First I suggest that there is a seperate thread started as ref to this event is already on two seperate threads & unless folk look at both things may be missed!
Anyway, If someone has already started to organise this please let me know as I don't want to waste time or piss anyone off by looking like I'm trying to muscle in on what someone else is already doing.
Update,
I've spoken to Richard Cradock & he's sending me the Banners etc after Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you all
Geoff W

Re: Bristol Classic Bike Show 14/15 Feb 2009

Geoff & I have had discussions this morning and he is very kindly helping us with this show. He has organised some posters and banners from Richard. I have been in touch with the organisers regarding electric and tables etc. Just waiting to hear from them. Any other suggestions welcome.
Update: We get a 15watt power point and a table. They are sending a form for anything else we might need.

It would appear not although if you follow the link at the beginning of this thread there is a long list of accomodation.

It's getting a bit closer now . . I can help on the Saturday if you like . . how's the co-ordination with Region 14 coming along ?

Still not sure if there's one master thread to reply on.

Has JJ started to polish his bike yet

If it can't be fixed by Gaffer tape or WD40 then it's a female issue :-)

This is the main thread as we are organising the stand. Geoff (warbird) from region 14 is helping with the stand. Andy and TK are kindly going on the Friday pm to set the stand up, with Geoff going later on friday & saturday. TK is up on saturday, I am there sat and sun, JJ is there all weekend. Buff (region 19)will be there some of the time. Bazareid (region 7) will be there if he can. So any help will gratefully be received. I still haven't had the passes so don't how many I will get.
Thanks

We have a few passes now so we will be swapping them round for whoever comes to help over the weekend. If you intend coming up let me know and I will pm my mobile no so you can phone me when you get there and we will see if we have a spare
