| Minibus from Torbay area for 10th Jan
I'm going to arrange a mini-bus (hopefully with a driver) for the Christmas Party on the 10th January . . but I don't know exactly who's coming from south Devon and whether they need a lift or not - so can you please let me know ASAP if you need picking up. So far it's me, JJ & Karen, Nick and his wife, Jof and Caroline, Dave and Janine. I'm hoping to get a 16 seater mini-bus, so that leaves space for another 7 (may be 6 'cos I might be taking someone too) Please confirm by adding your names here . . also, let me know if you need tickets too . . if you want a buffet, then you need to buy a ticket (only £5) before 5th Jan, so that I can give Paul the final numbers. For all those from the Exeter area, you probably need to speak to Iain for transport options, likewise, speak to Steve for the Plymouth area.

It seems that there's only one mini bus from the Torquay/ Exeter area... If that is the case, then there will be five of us need picking up at Paul Daw's house...

Hi TK, my intention was to provide transport for people needing it from Torbay and travelling north through N.Abbot and Drumbridges. I don't want to take the detour through Exeter . . and there may be more people from this area anyway. I know Barney is going, but I don't have his phone number to see if he wants 2 seats. And there are others who haven't had a chance to contact me yet. I thought the transport was going to be arranged before this, otherwise I would have made more time . . but anyway. I'll try and book a 16 seater, but then give people a few days to book the remaining seats before letting you know if there's space. Have you spoken with Iain to see what they're doing from Exeter ? Failing that you can probably get one of those large taxi's from Paul's. It all really depends on who exactly is coming from the Bay area. The only other alternative is for Paul to hire one big coach to pick everyone up from pick-up points . . only problem with that of course, is the extra travelling time for those furthest away. Any comments from anyone ?

OK Brian, seats on the bus (that's as long as I can get one booked up).Cheers Barney, see you all up there . . shame about being ill over Xmas, seems as if quite a lot of people have been hit by this virus.
