| Warm hands at last . . .
Just returned from JJ's workshop . . he very kindly fitted my new Intercom and also my Heated Gloves by directly wiring everything up to the battery. A very professional job too, many thanks JJ. I've been trying all sorts of things to keep my bloody fingers from continually getting frost-bite . . and AT LAST . . something that actually works. On the run up to JJ's at Moretonhampstead, I had to stop once to thaw out my hands on the engine, and they were freezing. On the way back home, hands were as warm as toast and even my finger tips (including the thumbs) were nice and warm. Going at slower speeds through towns, the gloves were actually hot, but at 80mph riding along the dual carriageway, they were perfectly warm. I'm now in heaven, and can't wait to get on the bike again as soon as the temperature drops ![]() Anyway . . . highly recommend them . . Gerbing's are the make, very good quality with soft and supple leather outers, waterproof inner.
