Can only go on personal experience - mine has been good so far, ie a chat followed by one major service. Gave me good advice on how not to waste my money ie not having pre-trip check and then service. Also on tyres.

Barnaby Wilde (Mark) is a one man business who knows his stuff, doesnt give you bull and wont push you into buying unnecessary stuff! I have always found him pleasant and helpful and the prices seem good and I'm not getting paid for this ad! and he's doing my forks and clutch soon

Thanks to everyone who replied, Mark obviously has an excellent reputation and a very loyal following! I'm now about to buy a bike from him! Pity he's not closer though.

I was passing Honiton for work today and thought I would pop in and see Mark to get some gaskets and shims for the Shovel and there was no sign of him or any Harleys the unit was bare, anyone know where he has gone or if he is still trading, I was only there a couple of months back and now there's nout. I will give him a ring tomorrow, hope all is well.
