Breakfast meet with region 25. 101st

Called chiefy today to wish him a very happy birthday. Who from the region are up for a trip down to region 25 for a breakfast meet. It might be short notice as to when. It could be this coming sat. Let me know if your intrested and i will sort out a meeting place. I will be in the car as it's a little to far for Tracie on the seat pad.
I will say the breakfast is out of this world, in a good location, and the 101st are a great group of people.

Ill come, do they do cornflakes and yogurt. You have to consider your health you know. I am thinking of running a well man clinic for all the over forties! Spose thats every one then Some simple rules for you:

Dont smoke its bad for you.
Dont drink its bad for you.
Dont eat fatty foods they're bad for you.
Sleep at least 8 hours a night, so no more parties.
Dont go out in the rain, (well that dont affect most Harlry riders).
Check you testicals on a regular basis. Girls you can help here
Don't sleep in cold damp places.

Have you ever noticed that the last three people that an injured soldier asks for on the battle field is Mum, God and MEDIC. And the medic is the only one that can make a real difference.
