Ride Out to Matlock Bath ?

Would any Region 8`ers fancy a ride out to Matlock Bath as a starter for the season ?

Aim to get there for a brunch or lunch and set off back in the afternoon.

How about next weekend 12th / 13th, Saturday or Sunday. If the weather is crap we could just keep rolling it forward till we get a better weekend.

Sunday is better for me matey, though I could do Sat. if I sweet talk the Mrs...(and me grandaughters)

As you say Steve, we can alter things as we go, if the weekend is anything like as snowy as this last one.

Yes a Sunday would suit me fine. Just taken a look at the forecast for the weekend and it looks a tad wet to me. At least it will wash the salt away.

How about we just roll it forward to the following Sunday. Is it better just to cancel it now (so everyone who was planning to come along can make other plans ) or do you think we should leave it to the Sunday morning and let everyone know whats happening by posting messages on here ?

You're right, forecast looks shite so rolling it on a week is fine by me.

If Sunday turns out to be dry, I'll go for a little local blast for an hour, just to be out and about. Keep in touch for more info.

next time you come to Matlock let me know and we can meet up for breakfast, if you don,t want region 11 with you call in to see Deano, he owns a place called Riva, in the middle of Matlock Bath, he is a club member and does a great breakfast for £3.75
