Cider 2007.....

It's been a hard day. Mike forced me to go to the farm and help him sort out the new batch of cider First we had to sort out the 'Old Original' and get it stored away ready to deal death to more poor fools next year, or maybe during the winter if we feel brave.
Next jobbie was to deal with the barrels of new pressings and get them in place to be turned in to the 2007 vintage of a 'WMD' - farm style So, after a goodly bit of humping, pumping and curseing there are another two barrels ready to be developed into the brew beloved of fools and the terminally insane. Given some time, a good few bags of sugar and maybe the odd dead rodent, 2007 should see tradition upheld in fine Farm and Coaster style when the next generation of the golden fluid is released on an unsuspecting world.

Re: Cider 2007.....

I say old chap is there any chance of bottling it so one may have it served with ice, as they do in the trendy bars nowadays?

Essjay old bean, as you are fully aware what they serve with ice in pubs and call cider ain't Cider Let's stick to taking it as nature intended .... strong and lumpy

Yeah, the rainbow was luvly man, but that god bloke turnin' up was a bit of a shocker Thought his PanHead was tasty even with the oil leak. No panic mike, I didn't get stopped by the old bill on the way home. Smelling like that there's no way I'd have convinced them I wasn't well p!ssed innit

Phil. D'barrels....
