Thanks BB, does that mean we have to ensure he has an NVQ3 in Digital Dexterity and music appreciation cos that lets both of us out

Who will do the awareness training and take him through the Avoidance of Complaints techniques he can have my tin hat to protect him from missiles (not very effective against soggy sandwiches which have been seeped in beer)
