Hey - the suns gonna shine so me and Val are goin to Standen House (as she has been goin on all year about goin there ).

Intention is to leave Boship services by the information kiosk at 11.00am


Standen House is from the 'Arts and Crafts' period, built in the 1890's with lots of decorated rooms by William Morris. There are also extensive gardens and a restaurant serving hot and cold food.

It is a National Trust property and so has an admission charge of £7.80 ( all ) and £4.60 ( garden only). It is just south of East Grinstead.

We plan to take a picnic and rug to enjoy the sun.

I know a few are away this weekend but anybody else like to come along?
