Thank goodness I cooked Lamb Shanks in red wine (1 bottle for the Lamb and another for quaffing) yesterday evening so that I could last out the night

4 Lamb Shanks, £10.70 -- I remember when the butcher almost gave them away, still they were great.

Oooer - I can feel gastric murmerings and rumbles, I must stop thinking about food
