No, I haven't noticed these. I know in Derbyshire they are doing all the bike monitoring also using under road sensors that only pick up bikes. This has been in the main bike press and MAG. Again , only for "safety issues".

Roadworks start few miles after A12 now on m25 to the m11 slip road ,50mph and 2 lanes could be a bit busy ,stay lucky catch ya at walesby
