The steam train in Tenterden (kent and east sussex railway)
The Kent & East Sussex Railway - the country's finest example of a rural light railway

De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill

De La Warr Pavilion - Visitor Information

Interesting art deco building not many around.

You have to see the Oast Houses. The Hop Farm Country Park - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I want to go there myself!

Yes,Tenterden is a fair place to spend a bit of time.About 25 minutes away from Hastings. The steam railway can take you out to Bodiam castle which is always good for a sunny day.
Plenty of things to see and do around the area.
