We went to the "bike show". A total of 11 bikes just parked in the car park amongst the cars. Hog roast was just beeing carved as we left. The band was loud and ok no trade stand or atmosphere. We only stayed for 30 mins.

Can't do the Heartbeat thingy Bob as we have 'guests' coming round. Was a bit put off anyway as I heard it was being held on top of the multi storey car park in the Marina, unless I was being told porkies

You shouldn't be put off Karl. It was only a small do but there were hundreds of bikes turn up and there was plenty of room. Quite a good idea really, the bike show was ok as well with Lambrettas to Harleys.
I spent an interesting half hour chatting to the CMA guys who had a hostility tent there - we could have had our hostility tent there as well cos there was room.

Considering there were lots of other biking events on at the weekend I think it went ok.
