Something to do on Saturday 4th July

Nothing to do with America Independence (I am glad to say)

There is a bike day at The Wheel Inn, Burwash Weald - free entry. The usual trade stands, BBQ Hog Roast and live music (dunno wot sort)

I shall probably pop along to see what is going on and look at the bikes (all sorts). Maybe a load of Harleys might liven the place up

Gotta be better than going to Tescos innit

Anyone interested for an afternoon out, or have you got better things to do

I shall be going to watch daughter Emily showjumping at Ardingly first thing and so I am expecting to pop along to the Wheel soon after 2 pm -- might see you there Tubby and of course anyone else who might also pop along (and if you follow behind my RK you will understand what I mean by POP )

Re: Something to do on Saturday 4th July

I have been attacked by the dreaded lurgy - only just staggered out of my pit. So won't be going to support Emily (suffer the moans when she gets back) and probably be a 'stop at home' for the weekend. It's probably nothing other than a cold, lost my voice etc and it can't be swine fever - oops I mean swine flu cos I haven't been to Texaco (sorry for pinching your quip Mrs T)
