Kempton Park

Once again there will be a collection of rusty bits that, with a bit of elbow grease, could become shiny bits for you guys with bike projects to be displayed for purchase at Kempton Park on Saturday 26th Sept. No doubt some of us will make the pilgrimage to this Mecca of bike tinkerers to find that elusive thingy that is holding the rebuild up.
What with the Rye jumble meet on the Sunday these tinkerers could have quite an orgasmic weekend

Re: Kempton Park

Too late Karl, didn't you notice how he was drooling over his and Tonys Tritons at the Brighton Burn up on Sunday. He definately had that tinkering twinkle in his eye that could be mistaken for 'being orgasmic'

Kempton Pk does have quite a few Bike Breakers there with all makes of bike parts Tony, modernish and classic. And they specialise in lots of rusty bits that make folks say "wot the f*ck does that fit"

And, unless Rye jumble has changed since I was last there, Kempton Park jumble is far far bigger and much more interesting.

We'll keep an eye open for you -- maybe

Re: Kempton Park

It usually opens at 10:00 Tony but get there early cos at 10:00 the queue is over 200 metres or more long by then. We probably get there about 09:00ish - you will no doubt find us loitering around the toasted sandwich van about 13:00 ish (or a little earlier if the pangs of hunger get tooooooo strong).

There's usually plenty of parking.
