 Eddie Kidd foundation fundraiser: Saturday 24th October  The Eddie Kidd foundation is having a fundraising event at the Langney sports club Eastbourne saturday24th October 7pm onwards.Elvis tribute night and DJ playing old school tracks and a Fab  charity raffle!!Tickets can be bought from the club itself (Priory Lane) or from me on 07960524439 or at eddiekiddfoundation.com We would love it if any of you guys can come a long and give your support and join us for a fun filled evening and a few beers!!! | Re: Eddie Kidd foundation fundraiser: Saturday 24th October Sussex stunt legend loses transport to hospitals 5:00pm Wednesday 14th October 2009 Stunt legend Eddie Kidd has been left unable to get to hospital for treatment after his car engine blew up. The daredevil biker, who lives in Seaford, is confined to a wheelchair after suffering brain damage in a crash in 1996. Now the 50-year-old is having to cancel speech therapy and physio sessions he was due to attend because he cannot afford to pay for taxis to Eastbourne and the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath. He had previously been driven to appointments by his girlfriend but the couple's car engine blew up last week and they say they do not have the money to repair it. The record-breaking stuntman's career was cut short in August 1996 at the Bulldog Bash rally in Warwickshire when his Honda bike crashed after a 50ft jump and he fell 30ft down a bank.

I guess Elvis left the building early  Got to the venue only to find the event cancelled, pity no-body bothered to let us know
