I'm glad you Coasters managed to get a few snacks in during the hard work of cataloging the national Club's bits and bobs (he was there was'nt he ).

I'd like to know what we've got and I guess more importantly what we need going forward. The Club signs we used at RTTW were somewhat past their sell-by date and need to be considered for replacement.

Thanks to the Coasters for sorting out what we already have.

Well Geoff, we have:

48 piles of rubbish, 8 boxes of rubbish, 5 rolls of rubbish + 'odds & sods'.

The banners/signs(?) (at least those that have been returned) have had a hard life and do look a little tired and I think that it would be a good idea for the Committee to include 'Banners' as an agenda item for a future meeting. As you were involved with the RTTW Tent etc' maybe a suggestion for 'what is needed or be nice to have' would be welcome. Banners don't last forever and if they are transported to many rallys over the year they soon become a bit tatty. Our Coasters Banner has seen the best of it's life and we hope that by next year we will have a replacement. I must admit they make a great visual aid to identify our rallying point.

As for the Coasters 'stored equipment' there isn't enough bandwidth on this Forum to list it all .

I agree Bob and did mention it to Kev and Sue at RTTW. I wanted confirmation that the ones I saw were representative of the others and you have done that.
