New speed limits

I was down in Cardiff recently and noticed lots of signs on the A48 advising that the limit was being reduced to 50mph and also lotsa new speed cameras.

Is this just a 'one off' or are you guys in the Pricipality being used as Guinea-Pigs for a greater use of the 50 limit nationally (which could be rolled out soon if we show no interest)?

Co-incidental I think, Bob. There have been more than a few pileups on that road in recent years.
