| Re: High Octane Fuel A reader of Fleet Street's best motoring Q&A column today praised this fuel - saying it made his Subaru Impreza run better than even on Shell Optimax. The fuel is made by Greenergy and is 5 per cent bioethanol. The guru whose name appears on the column agrees that it is great stuff. |

| Re: High Octane Fuel What's the price difference over "normal" unleaded? Actually, the leaded 4-star which is still available through the Bayford Thrust group is rated at 100 octane. The price makes you cry, but I can vouch for the fact that it certainly made my Ironhead and shovel go like stink!

| Re: High Octane Fuel The price difference at the Tesco's in Boston is 4p. And both my Glide & MR2 run better on it than the normal pool petrol that's usualy served up. If you're going to use it in your ironhead you might need to use an addative to stop valve seat erosion. Spen
