| Boot rubber or other crap on your pipes?
I went out in the rain for an MOT this week. On returning home I found the baggy rain trousers had left a deposit on my pipes. Dashed inside, got the wife's oven cleaner. Sprayed it on warm pipes. Left it for two hours. It all wiped off with an ordinary cloth. Also works with footwear deposits. |

You can also scrape it off with a 2 pence piece, the coins softer than ya chrome so it don't scratch |

I much prefer the Kiwidave solution through personal experience.Spent ages scrapin' away at the same thing over a period of few weeks when me pipes were cold only tae find that it came off easily when hot and plyable ;) Even better Dave get the missus to do it for ya' ( saves gettin' yer own hands all dry an' that ) |
