Re: virtual machine shop

Just a self trained mechanic with a skillcentre welding certificate
but I did do a national diploma in electronics and electrical engineering where I learnt how to use a lathe and miller

I see that machine mart have cheap ones nowadays and as I might be building a new garage/workshop soon it's got me thinking and brushing up me knowledge

Do you do any machining Chiefy?

Re: virtual machine shop

Lucky enough to have a lathe, milling mce and a shaper, all small stuff though. Me lathe is a 1940's Myford the other machines suit it's size.

It's all fine for bike stuff, if I need anything bigger I get it knocked out at work. Handy job being an Engineering manager ;)

Anything I can help with drop me a line.

Machine mart stuff's okay but yer can get alot more machine for less money if you can get to an auction. Usually you get all the bits and bobs thrown in aswell.
