Are you going to go gear drive + Delkron plate? What cams? 204s?

Cheers

Re: TC88 Cam Change Guide....

Mike, at the minute I'm concentrating on replacing the Cam Chain Tensioners/Bearings, hitting close to 39K on them now and 38 of that was on HD dino!!!

Moneys a bit 'tight' so if I can get the tensioners/bearings replaced for now I'll be a LOT less paranoid about every little squeeky rattle she makes!

I've started getting the Cam Chest tools together, then I'm gonna go:
Delkron,
Fueling,
37G's...Starting with the Fueling.

Need to go 1550 first though (after Fueling, thats next on the hit list), then 37b's.

Doing it bit by bit as and when £'s allows.

Decided to keep the bike and spend my money on upgrades instead of trading in.

Makes sense. Getting something new just means 2 years of warranty paranoia until we start having fun. And it costs a fortune with all the new little bits of "customising" shiny tin that inevitably go with it.

So, we might even get to see you at a really then next year, eh?

As for me, I'm still concentrating on the stuff that leaves the warranty more or less intact, with - believe it or not - a Rivco centre stand next on the list. Makes more sense than a bike lift. At least to me. At least just now...

Cheers

Mike

Not drop your own Wheels to change the tyres? Get a puncture you'll be paying out big bucks like our Bazza here did (sorry if I'm wrong Baz. No offence.. ;) ), instead of just paying for the Puncture repair...;)

I was rather hoping that was just what I could with the Rivco cc - and anywhere... Just like I could on the Triumph. Have you heard it doesn't balance right fore and aft or something?

Look forward to buying you a beer or two come the rally season (unless you're off to the Hoggie do in Newcastle - in which case maybe earlier).

Cheers

Mike

I don't think the Rivco stand'll let you raise the bike enough to get the Wheel out.
Tis just a Center Stand innit?

Re: TC88 Cam Change Guide....

Yup. Think it just lifts the wheel 1" above the ground. Not enough?
