Yost Power Tube, does it work?

Stumbled across a mention of the Yost power tube in the latest Quin. My Glide has a Mikuni 42 on it and having done a bit of investigation I noticed that they do a kit for this carb.

I wondered if anyone here had any experience of it good or bad.

Re: Yost Power Tube, does it work?

got one in the S&S on my shovel, works on that

a lot of this tuning business seems to depend on who you talk to and whether they can supply x or y's parts as to which is better. (like the debate over powercones)

is the glide shovel evo twin cam ? as I expect that would make a difference

you could try fiddling with the mixture screw as a mate of mine with a 883 sporty and access to a rolling road found that made quite a difference across the range (not just at idle as some people would have you believe).

best of luck and more power to the people
