Bought one of these

After a disaster removing an oil filter of my wifes car I bought this I have used it on my van and it works a treat ,as you tighten the nut it locks on the filter I should Imagine it will work on Harley filters .

Re: Bought one of these

Hi Lambo, You may find that a bit fiddly to use on a h-d, probably have to make lots of little steps to undo a tight filter as there ain't much space between the filter and the crankcase on softies. The one that fits over the end of the filter or a strap wrench will probably be better suited.
I can see why you bought that one though, got to be better than spearing a stubborn filter with a screwdriver. I use a chain wrench for stuck filters.
