go to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and open an account, upload your pics to there and it will make the code you need.

Before submitting the picture click onto 'Preview Post' so then you can see if it has worked.
Keep trying on this thread you don't need to start a new thread each time.
