Camping kit suggestions please

As I'm intending doing as many rallies, weekends, parties & runs as possible this year, I've started buying some kit to enable me to do it in a modicum of comfort, bearing in mind I weigh eighteen stone without my riding gear.

The Dyna already has leather saddlebags, a long sissy bar, and one of the stupid (5kg max -LOL) racks. I'll be riding it solo, so I've got space in front of, and behind, the sissy bar. The rear shocks are on max, I'm putting a couple of spacers in the forks to cut down on the diving under braking, but I want to try to keep the weight down. I'll probably use the panniers for clothes, tools and tape.

Today, I ordered:

Tent: Vango Alpha 300 - 3 man tent, 3.6kg, inner first pitching, all the reviews I've read gave it great marks.
Sleeping bag: Snugpak Softie Autumn. 3-season bag. Weight: 1.4kg, length 2.2m, chest 165cm + expansion. It has the Chrysalis Expander Baffle System (for fat bastards like me). Comes in its own stuff sackNot a cheap bag, and again seems to get good reviews.
Pillow: Snugpak Snuggy Pillow - packs away into its own integral stuff sack.

Sleeping Bag Liner: Asked for, and was given for Christmas, a micro-fibre liner, which came with a:
Torch: wind-up, LED, pretty ferkin powerful.

I've got loads of different sizes of self-seal plastic bags and rugged plastic bottles.

What else can anyone suggest? Recommendations of particular makes? I guess I'll need a airbed/mattress, groundsheet to protect the one in the tent, eating utensils, etc.

Cheers in advance.

Brigger - you followed my gut around Suffolk for a couple of hours. You must've noticed the 2-man tent I was wearing was a tad snug on my manly frame.

He's away until Friday, but the tent was already the lowest price I could find, so it and the pillow came from Fox's, yes.
