| Tom Tom One
I already have one of these. A europe version, so cant justify getting a TomTom Rider. Has anyone managed to successfully mount one oin a bike?, If so, have you managed to sort any sound connection out? |

Don't know about the Tom Tom but with Garmin the speaker is in the car mount. To get sound on the bike there's a blue tooth ear piece that fit in your helmet. It's not made by Garmin but is compatable. Will try and find a link. Not the one I was looking for but this looks so good might get one myself. Autocom reviews http://www.harley-davidson-hangout.c...om-system.html |

Not done it myself, but saw a guy up the ACE who had. Don't know how he done the sound, but he got the mount etc. from RAM. Have a look at their web site, and another site to look at is touratech (not sure of the spelling).

| Re: Tom Tom One
I have the Tom Tom One on the Glide as below, using a RAM mount & cradle (thanks to Limey Dave & others!) I have found that with the volume set to maximum on the TomTom unit, I can hear the instructions quite clearly, even when cruising at motorway speed with a full face helmet on, in the Summer months with an open face helmet, it should be even louder. I don't believe there is a connector for an earpiece actually on this model.
