Now that is well engineered,wishbones are level and top ball joints look correct.
If you look at the ebay one,it's all wrong,and that's before you change it to incorporate proper rack mounts.He seems a busy lad though,he's got another for sale and has just bought a Guzzi swing arm and diff.

The shocks on the black on look quite bit shorter that the one for sale, hence the different geometry.

When the US servicemen were the mainstay of Central South there were quite a few of these around. When LD was being shipped back to the States the club at the base brought them to his party at the Queens Arms in Oxford. Whether they were sold or taken back to the US I do not know.
