| Chrome console
Hi Just wondered how easy it is to replace the oem console on my low rider with a new shiny chrome one? I note without removing the old one yet that the dials seem to be fixed underneath. Anything I should be aware of? Many thanks |

| Re: Chrome console
I was looking into this until I found out the price of the part, £160 if I remember correctly. Mine is still black. I am pretty sure the chrome cover goes over the existing black dash. Chaz. |

Easy straightforward job , 20 mins tops. I picked one up from girlyglides trade stand at the lakes a few years back for £25. |

That got me curious so I had to check. The OEM cover does fit over the stock one, according to the accessories book, but is the labour saving worth the exta £135. I don't really think so .Chaz. |
