Panster, you may be on to something. <Insert Light bulb Here>

I had one fitted at the dealers about five years ago, took two of them to do it.
One pushing on something, the other fitting the bits.

I believe generally master cylinder etc. repair kits have slightly over sized seals to compensate for wear over the original fitment, so are often right bastards to fit.

I had a lot of trouble with an Evo one and as Panster said it was all very tight and hard to fit but once done worked fine.
