Hi4 Ignition set up!!

Hi, have just fitted Hi4 single fire to my bike, have not had a chance to give it a good run yet but was wondering if anyone has a good set up for this system. I have set it up following manufactures guide lines and the bike runs fine but was wondering if anyone knows a better setup, there seems to be so many options. I just want to get the best performance out of this system as possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated, the bike is a 93 fatboy, with a andrews ev38 cam and a yost kit,air filter and pipes of course!!
