| Tranny dipstick
The V&H Shortshot pipes make it impossible to get an allen key on to the tranny dip stick without loosening the pipes off. If I can get the size of the allen key required I can make something that will allow access. What size is it on a 1992 Evo? Ta |

There are all kinds of aftermarket dipsticks & plugs available that are easy to remove. Harley makes a nice chrome one. This is what I use, I recall it only cost about ten bucks. If ya hang on we`ll get one when yer over.

No real know-how on your fitment Stuarty but have you tried a BALL-END Allen key? Allows you to go at it from a wide angle.....

I have the same pipes Stuarty. As KiwiDave advises, I bought a set of imperial 'ball end' allen wrenches , long T-Bar type rather than the 'L' type and the 3/8" one fits fine, even at an angle. Cheers FBB
