Turn signal mirrors

Thinking of buying these

http://www.sturgisswapmeet.com/options.cfm?prodid=5403

Anybody used these? Have any problems with getting the right amount of flash (speed and intensity) will go on a 2000 Fatty.

What the quality like?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Nick

Re: Turn signal mirrors

These are made by Kuryakyn. We have fitted a few, the only problem we have encountered is that if you run them as a running light & turn signal the turn signal flash is quite dim.
However if you don`t run them as a running light & wire both circuits as turn signals they are adequate.

Re: Turn signal mirrors

I have a pair on my Fatboy and am very pleased but as Phild has stated wire both circuits as turn signals (I believe amber running lights are illegal in UK anyway).

Incidentally you dont need an equalizer unless you are fitting LED rear turn indicators as well.
