primary chain adjuster

Hi Everyone!
i'm new on hear, great site.
I have a 99 heritage springer and have been reading about theese automatic primary chain adjusters, my first question is are they any good?

my next question is, is there any difference between the heritage and the springer apart from the front end.
when i have been looking at different things, such as the swinging arm pivot bolt covers alot of them say does not fit the FLSTS i can't see any difference, but have come across this quite a few times on different things, any ideas chaps..

I have a HB125 primary chain adjuster which I obtained from Samscustoms.co.uk.. Price was £96-00p. Excellent product IMHO. Primary always feels as if it has just been set up ie. tension is perfect. Fitting instructions could even be understood by me.
