FXCW Rocker: Size matter! Tail light lens.

Hey,

Does anyone know the diameter of the tail light lens on the HD FXCW Rocker? The reason I'm asking is because I'm trying to import the Rewaco trike in Canada we've done all the testing on the trike for the Canadian compliance and regulations but Transport Canada is telling us that the tail lights are too small on the Rewaco trike (66mm) and therefore they are asking us to increase the diameter of the tail lights to be compliant.

Now with that being said, I was reading an article about the FXCW Rocker and noticed that there is no designated break lights and the lights on both side of the bike serve for all three fonctions "tail light, break light and turn signal" and to me they seem to be smaller then 66mm or 2 1/2 inches and yet they approved it for import in Canada!

I'm really peaved that transport ministries always try to put obstacles for the small guys but always seem to give a break to the big companies who can efford corporate lawyers.

The FXCW Rocker will not be in Canada until January so I can't go take a tail light measurement anywhere, so I'm asking if any of you have access to an FXCW, I would really appreciate if you could you let me know the diameter of the tail lights.

Got this off a buddy in the USA......

As far as I know none have been shipped yet, though I confess I'm not marking my calendar. Harley may be able to get away with smaller lights because the total lens area of both could add up to the required size for a single brake light (all that's required on a motorcycle) whereas a trike may require twice that total area. That's just supposition on my part.
