| Error codes - again I know that there's been a lot of talk on here about error codes but I can't find the ones that relate to my problem. I just took the bike out for a nice little run (70 miles) to see some mates and just as I got about 1/4 mile from home the little red key on the dash lit up. I pulled up outside the garage and checked the error codes. The only ones showing are b1121 & b1122. I had this before and I just cleared them, which made everything ok so I thought all was ok, obviously not ![]() Anybody got any ideas? I know that it's to do with the electrical system but what? The bikes running ok and the only work I've done on the bike is to change the headlight and fit LED indicators (with the little compensator thingies)

| Re: Error codes - again I am hopeless with electrickery but this link may be of use http://www.cyclespot.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14930 says it is something to do with indicators output (cue for me to scratch head and get splinters).

| Re: Error codes - again Cheers guys - seems like it's the indicators again Had trouble with them last week but that was because I drunkenly connected the wires up the wrong way around ![]() I'll check out the wiring tomorrow - just had a few beers so I don't reckon it's a good idea to do it now ![]() Any idea where ot get the resistor thingies that you use for LED indicators? The ones on there at the moment I got from some place in Bournemouth but they're for a jap bike I think and that might be what's causing the problem.

| Re: Error codes - again Funny thing happened on the way to work yesterday - the little key was doing its usual and started showing after about 30 miles and stayed on. Got to work an left the bike for the day, got on it to go home and the key wasn't lit up after I'd fired the ignition. Stayed off all the way home and I haven't seen it since, mind you it is only a day, or 75 miles. I'm off to Cheltenham in a bit so I'll be checking again. I did switch off the alarm then switch it back on again so I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not - here's hoping it's sorted anyway ![]()

| Re: Error codes - again I have fitted the Kuryakyn led's to my Glide, they come with load equalisers but state in the instructions that the alarm key signal may stay on. It comes on and stays on after you use the indicators the first time after starting the bike. There is another gismo they make to stop this if you find it annoying, which I will fit because it is annoying.

| Re: Error codes - again What's the other gizmo then? I got 5 miles outside of Cheltenham on the way back and the 'Key' lit up again and yes Trevor, it is annoying ![]() ![]()
