| Twin Discs on a Nightrain? This is probably a very stupid question but I'm going to ask it anyway as I can't find out myself: I have genuine HD inverted forks on my FXSTBi (Black) but they only have the mounts for a single disc on the left and I would like to have a twin disc after this years upcoming winter mods so does anyone know: a) If there's a right hand lower available with the caliper mounting? b) If there is one available; where do I get it and how much can I expect to pay? Cheers all ![]()

| Re: Twin Discs on a Nightrain? Easiest way to find out would be to email someone like Zanotti's HD or Adventure HD in the States. I would bet you'd draw a blank look from most UK dealers...

| Re: Twin Discs on a Nightrain? I might be talking bo11ocks here as don't know much bout these new fangled Harleys. If the mod is possible, you might also have to get a new handlebar brake reservoir etc - on older Harleys the part for twin disc models used to have larger piston etc to cope with the extra caliper demand. |

| Re: Twin Discs on a Nightrain? With that skinny front wheel twin disks may be asking for trouble with the fronty end locking up and skating away.. just a thought.. If you want more stop try braided hoses.. I can lock up the front end of my Street Bob (single disk) with braided hose fitted... |
