Got 08 electraglide standard ,fine for me no difference on throttle

Do all the recent Harley Fly By Wire throttles have the facility to roll back the throttle to cut out the rear cylinder firing when at idle?

fuel injection is a great system when its working right but when it goes wrong its a dealer only job !!!!! but in MY mind i dont think it belongs on a Harley !!! its one of the reasons why i like them just a simple twin cylinder engine, i have had a lot of hassle with jap bikes in the past give me a carb and a throttle cable any day.
