Sold now, but strange fellow was dead keen to get rid ofit before the auction closed for £800

I smelled a bit of a rodent (no feedback, foreign fellow, not aware of/following ebay rules) so didn't go for the deal.....kicking meself maybe a bit, but there you go....

It went for £1,811 in the end which if it's a genuine deal still isn't too bad!

yes I saw that also no picture, no feedback lots of name dropping re parts thrown at the motor went for £1811, would want to see it in the flesh before I parted with any money

I asked for pics as well as who the so called 'well known' local workshop/expert was.
Got the pics but never found out who refurbed it.
AS you say tho SH, still quite a good deal....

I asked questions about engine numbers and if it was still 1000cc,
no reply or contact of any sort.
If they won't show Q and A's on the auction I get wary.
Kept my money in my pocket.

there is currently a 92" s&s / indian motor on ebay

same story no pictures, zero feed back and seller has just registered 14th of march to list this one item

from what i heard these motors were not that great, tapers in flywheels and pinion / sprocket shafts did not necessarily match each other
