Anybody got any ideas?

OK, going like hell to get the ironhead going by the weekend for the rally. Everything is just about fine, got the mot at the second go this morning.

Running a bit rough with the new electronic ignition in but await the voes switch which is due to arrive tomorrow, so that will get sorted.

However, I need some help. I am getting an oil leak at the base of both the front cylinder tappet blocks. Cleaned them off, done it a couple of times. No improvement.

Anyone got any idea about what could be causing this, and how to cure it??


By the way, I have the white van booked, so we will get to Market Harbrough one way or another!

If it's anything like my shovel and it's coming out of the O ring at the bottom of the push rod tubes ( is that where you ment) buy some new ones ,even if they look good which mine did some some reason they chuck oil out . I bought a set of silicon found them first class .
